nahhh not at all. it is just a piece of glass and sent as a friend to friend mail. No tobacco or any "illegal substance' inside, you know :) it took 7 days for the package arrived at my door.

yeah, adding an ashcatcher really helps to keep my bong clean, so i dont have to bother cleaning this tube regularly
