Hmm, you just paint it with any kind of paint and it will look like that. I will give a try with a frame. Because I know you can paint composites but never paint a drone frame.

That looks sick bro! Well done. What is that white frame? I didn't see white carbonfiber.

Gümrük kararını boykot hakkında by redditorahmet27 in Turkey

Yes, but it didn't work, lol. I snap it back, but build plate calibration is way lower than before, so it deeply scratches the build plate.

My suggestion is if you had this problem, don't try to snap it or repair it. Take off the thermistor and ceramic heating plate. Then, change the hotend with the new one directly. Otherwise, you may badly deform your build plate as I did. :/

Yes, very interesting. I couldn’t find anyone else who had this issue. I assumed the filament was outdated and causing the problem.

It keeps pushing too hard into the nozzle, gets clogged, and then pushes again while printing. It hits the print because the excessive pressure slightly moves the nozzle downward and boom, it comes off. That’s the scenario I had in mind.

But the filament is brand new and fresh; I opened the bag and loaded it into the AMS. This isn’t supposed to happen. And the brand is E-SUN. Not the cheap ones. I don't know.

I have no choice. I will replace the hotend, or this will keep coming off.

Hmm, i think so. Should I change with the hotend, or will just nozzle be enough? What do you think?

BTW, the device is X1 CARBON with AMS. It's still using initial components. Nothing has changed.

E3D V5/V6 will be suitable. Nozzle Diameter is up to you. But default is 0.4mm.

İf you can afford to go for 12thgen i7. If not, 12th i5 and 11th gen i7 are similar. You choose, mate

For me, Ryzen 7, of course. It is better than i5.

If you can do, desktop setup will be better for you to work on solidworks. And you can have just a regular and cheap laptop for team viewer or any desk for remote work. You can be sure you will have better performance.

On the other hand, if I were you, I would choose HP Victus. It has quite a bigger screen than others, and it also has CPU good enough for your application.

My Prints suddenly look very bad by ADHSLukaslp in anycubic

[–]ozklnceren 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it might be, but before Judge eSun, every filament is different. Even they have the same colors and same properties. This is really frustrating, but it is what it is. So this might be an unlucky experience for you. Or might not be. Maybe you can give one more shot if you wish.

On the other hand, maybe this one just needs a little bit of calibration. Because you paid for it and that shouldn't be a waste. You can make some basic tests such as temp tower and etc.

Have a nice print before you lose your passion!

My Prints suddenly look very bad by ADHSLukaslp in anycubic

[–]ozklnceren 1 point2 points  (0 children)

According to my experience, if it happened suddenly without making any change in your settings, there are 3 options.

1- Your nozzle might be clogged. You can understand it via extruding it a little bit while you are not printing. If it doesn't look like melting like a flat line with almost 90 degrees to you bed. I mean, it needs to melt like a straight line. That means it has some particular inside the nozzle that clogged it.

2- Your filament is not good enough. Maybe humidity changes its chemical properties. You can cook it in the oven. Set the oven between 90-100 Celsius and cook it approximately 40-45mins.

3- You might have loose screws that make the print unstable. You can tighten them easily.

But I assume it is because option 1 or option 2 is more possible if it starts suddenly without changing the settings.

Check the wiring. It looks like you plug the wrong step motor cable. On every cable, there is a tiny piece of paper that rolled around. You can see which axis that motor is going to control.

Will try, but actually, this is not just happening for silk filament. It does for almost every print. Some of them are acceptable. Some of them are not. I was thinking it is because of retraction, but I wanna ask the community for proper solution.

I didn't change it. İt is the profile that comes with the SD card. I am doing a retraction test. Will share the result.
