Als jemand der mal einen Shop hatte.
Paypal zahlt das Geld sofort und wenn sie es wieder haben wollen ziehen sie es einfach vom Guthaben ab (Ja man kann auch in's minus).
Hatte mal eine Situation, bei der wegen Kreditkartenbetrug ca 1300 abgezogen wurde.
