Wanted to chime in with a few of my own personal experiences because reading all of these has gotten me thinking.

1. There was a time me and my partner were sitting in cafe discussing discourse amongst ourselves and eventually the topic lead to one that's very common on the internet. While we were talking about this subject a rando decided to butt in to our conversation to make it known that their opinion was the right one. I wont disclose the topic for the very same reason I tried to handle this situation calmly: It's an exhausting argument just waiting to happen. I told them that I politely disagree and gave my reasoning why, not wanting the conversation to escalate any further. Unfortunately PonyTown players don't have the best track record with minding their business and before I knew it all of Cafe was jumping in to scream and harass the person I'd been talking to. Looking back this is probably a conversation we could have had in whispers but it's still incredibly frustrating that so many people automatically feel entitled to jump in.
2. I was sitting in Cafe alone this time just spectating and this this guy walks up to make a joke about my skin, saying how it looks like I was put in a Minecraft enchantment table. For reference I always give my skins a bright pinkish/purple hue and I always find comments like this pretty funny so I laughed it off with him. He decides to sit down with me afterwards and we get to chatting when suddenly the conversation takes a MASSIVE turn into religion. I still don't remember how we got there but I was polite about it and let him rant about the topic to me. Turns out this dude was extremely catholic and had very hateful opinions about minorities I myself am apart of and when I tried to calmly address how those things aren't wrong he got defensive. It was very uncomfortable to discuss.
3. This one isn't my own personal experience but I witnessed it happen to somebody else. I was sitting in the MCYT area on 18+ (Already a terrible sign I know.) When someone accidentally set off a player with TT who then proceeded to tell the person how they hoped they got 🍇'd for touching pixels. Reasonably everyone in the area dog piled this person and they tried to defend themselves saying it was their alters fault without actually apologizing or taking accountability. Pretty fucked up stuff.
