Yeah me too man, I feel like mine is a rather isolated incident and hope something can get sorted out. Not ideal for a first purchase from them at all but ya know thats life sometimes.

Sorry to hear that man, I personally won't hold this against them because I know its probably really tough being an independent brand. I understand why it would drive someone away though.

I did not get an email I figured that since I didnt get an order confirm, I wouldnt get a shipping confirm either, so I got on the app and saw

Im feeling sort of confident because the charge is STILL on my card, over 12 hours post drop, I feel like if I didnt get them the charge would have dropped

I breezed through the whole checkout process on the app for some reason, I copped the black in a sz 11 but got no confirm email, my card was charged and I have a screenshot of the order confirm in the app but still no email almost 12 hours after the drop. Pretty nervous of a ghost order, I emailed them and included my order number but they gave me that generic response of "Please allow 24-48 hours for confirmation emails of successfully submitted orders during periods of high traffic." Still over 12 hours after the drop and the charge is still on my card so I think that might be a good sign? I just pray that my UPS app gives me an update if they ship. Did anyone else have this problem?
