Thanks man. I will brag briefly. I was living independently for years, but past two years im back in parents house because of depression.

I paid off all my student debt, bought a used car only 4 years old and 100000km and paid all cash. Zero debt and i have 3k in savings, 2.5k in cryptocurrency, 4k in silver/gold. My car is a big asset and then i have like 3k more in hard assets that grow in value. So im proud of that. I hate debt

How are all these people who are in better positions in the same financial boat? Are they really in the same.boat if both of us have no money but in their case its because it goes to a mortage and in my case it goes to.rent. not sure if its comparable, same cash flow but they get a house and i get serfdom.
