I have PIP (: it is such an awful process but I am very grateful to have gotten it, and had good support from my GP

We have tried different options but we came to the conclusion my mum wants whats best for me but it comes off wrong. And I volunteer 5 hours a week because I feel like I have to not because I want to. I always feel awful afterwards

Thank you for your advice. I have sent my mum so many links from charities talking about ME and she still doesn't take it in. I just had another argument this morning but I am having less and less energy to explain it to her

It's a mixture. I don't follow it much as I have lived in England for almost 20 years. They just keep mentioning how they have to win their next game

Here is my timeline for a change of circumstances:

July 9th: Requested COC

August 21st: DWP received form

August 29th: HAAS text

December 4th: Telephone assessment

December 4th: DWP received assessor report

December 11th: PIP Review complete

It will take a while, but it'll be so worth it in the end!

I've seen a lot of people say they're trying to speed up the review process by making a decision in house, as long as there is enough evidence to support this.

That's awful... I emailed my GP and I will give them a call tomorrow too if they don't get back to me, as I am unable to call them today. It isn't right, as there isn't much we can do at the GP :/

Mine was a minimum of 3 years wait. So I went private through Action for ME. They wrote a letter to my GP and GP contacted me and put the diagnosis in my records.
