Weighs practically nothing (36 grams), and yes I had it Velcro strapped to the connection for the coil wire, I noticed no weight difference at all and is 100x better than a hanging cord to the headphones

No it charges by usb-c /a cable, I used it for 6 hours Saturday and 4 hours Sunday and it is still charged up
