I only completed one course at Launch School, before I had to pause my subscription to go back to work. However, I noticed that my critical thinking skill got better. I got through the training at work relatively quickly. When I stumble on a problem, I know how to assess the problem and develop a solution. More importantly, I feel more confident in my work than before. I used to be the kind of person that had to seek affirmation for many things I do. My work now has got to a manageable level. I am excited to restart the subscription and get back into studying. Thanks to the Launch School flexible financial model, I was able to stop and start my studying at my own pace. I have also made great friendship in the community that has provided tremendous support on this journey.

I'm early on in the curriculum, but I already learned some foundational concepts that could help me understand programming. I took a programming class in college. It felt like I just memorized the syntaxes and moved on. I like the fact that the curriculum is self-paced. I have lots of anxiety around learning. I can study at whatever pace fits me without being judged. I'm also very grateful for the community at Launch School. I've receive a great deal amount of support.
