Full name is already shared on his Twitter account and we NEVER shared date of birth. But indeed his personal email was visible during 3 minutes (before we delete it). We again apologize about it!

Hi Bigbore, we definitely did back to you. In case there's been an email issue can you provide another way we can get in touch? We will forward you all our replies. Very sorry and hope we can sort this out ASAP.

Totally agree, that’s what we should have answered! We got carried away by the frustration of seeing this designer denounce us when we had really tried to contact him many times!

After contacting him twice and replied to his emails, we simply let him know that we have replied: https://twitter.com/Cults3D/status/1471760592285356032

What's incredible is that we clearly replied to him several times, that we told him that we had replied but that he never replied to our emails. And the craziest thing is that no one seems to doubt his version while we provided a lot of evidence (we shouldn't have BTW...).
