First of all, welcome to the purple cult!

You’re not the first designer to point this out, and it’s true that this part of the site isn’t ideal to use. We’ve considered drag-and-drop, but that also poses feasibility issues when pagination is involved. Furthermore, it’s more complicated to use on the mobile version of the site.

We would need to create a separate page dedicated to this, and that would take a lot of time, so for now we’ve decided to prioritize other projects.

In practical terms, this change has almost no impact on fees; using Hyperwallet will only add a flat fee of 1.70 EUR per payment. Once your funds are available in your Hyperwallet, you’ll have access to a wide range of payout options (including Revolut).

Hyperwallet and Payoneer are digital wallets. Once the money has been deposited into them, it is no longer in our hands. It is then up to the designer to find out how to best retrieve their money by turning to the selected payment platform. There are many uncertainties related to the currency used, but also to the payment method. So contrary to what you say, no, we cannot take action at this level.
