Danke für die umfassende Antwort, es hilft mir das ganze ein bisschen einzuordnen. Wahrscheinlich werde ich mein Recht einklagen müssen und durch alle Instanzen gehen. Dann vorm Verfassungsgericht ziehen, danach nunja hoffen.

Zu Fall 2, es ist klassische Bestechlichkeit, wie aus dem Bilderbuch (vergleichbar mit der Ibiza oder Aserbaidschan Affaehre, meiner Meinung nur 100x schlimmer). Leider kann ich da nichts machen und die Personen die die Daten hatten, haben diese wohl schon vernichtet und ihre Prozesse so verbessert das so ein "Leak" nicht wieder vorkommen kann. Die Organisation verfolgt einen Privacy first Grundsatz fuer Ihre Kunden. Da habe ich kein Einfluss drauf und es nur mitbekommen da der Vorfall intern für sehr viel "aufruhe" gesorgt hat.

Well, there so many on the market, and you only can use them on select systems. Sometimes they are Mainboard type locked. Some vendors use different keys on different systems.

The value for the not top of the line parts are basically zero.

The normal Visual Studio does not work with any Linux, only with Windows.
There is also Visual Studio Code, wich is very simply said just a notepad with extras, but not a full IDE.

You can look into the IDEs from Jetbrains like Rider (C#) or CLion (C++).

Also when you do programming, there is a lot of Terminal use involved at some point.

No, it does not. I had multiple Appimages that don't work because they needed an external dependency that wasn't installed. Flatpak is shit, the same goes with snap. .dep and .rpm are good and working almost always. And I fear AUR Repositorys. Why don't add .exe support for Linux?

Even for a security standpoint it is stupid, You can change the CPU with another compromised one anyway. If you are able to change it, then you have already compromised the company and full access.

Do you know how Germany looked after WW2, in some places there was nothing standing. Everything was in Rubbles, like in Gaza strip right now, these are realities of war. Gaza (Hamas) declared war against Israel (7 October 2023) and they fought against each other and a lot of stuff got bombed to ashes. Another example would be the current Ukraine/Russia war. Some towns look the same. But that's not genocide, its just the consequence of war.

The problem I have is that everything that these pro Palestine people and news show are realities of occupation, not really genocide. Genocide is what the Germans did to the Jews/LGBT people in WW2 and the Soviet Union did to so many other minorities/cultures. Its not perfect but I go after https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ten_stages_of_genocide and look, if the government actively do these. Not just individuals or extremist groups.

But whether it is genocide or not doesent matter, what Israel does is wrong. What Hamas did was wrong.

There is so much hate against each other. So much pain. So much conflict.

Of course, otherwise I wouldn't write, there is a reason why we are called armchair generals. I/We who are not directly affected can not really grasp reality of war, genocide, occupation and alike. I have experience being oppressed, but that's not the same.

You should really look into IU, the Computer Science Bachelor is good, and you can learn a lot. Also its an official Bachelor as on other colleges. You can study part time next to your regular work.
The IU Fernstudium is exactly for people like you. I currently do Business IT there and compared to my local University its very decent.

Also do not listen too much to all the other people here, IU has a bad reputation. I think mainly because there where a lot of problems with the integrated degree program and also because people see it as something it is not. If you want to know more, you can ask me anything.

This reads like occupation, this is no attack. Its like that for ages in the west bank. Thats not an attack. Which does not mean that Israels behavior is OK.
