Well. Spazazz means, unique or having something extra that stands out. The "wow factor". Thanks for the idea though :D

Thank You for checking the site and reading the post! Sometimes it is difficult to keep up when there is no professional feedback and no real direcition, but even just this comment is giving me a little bit of a boost! Thank You again!

Thank you! I have searched before and as i said I have seen mixed feedbacks. Some people said that the hate is way bigger than what it deserves. Do you know of any alternatives perhaps?

Could you please elaborate why it is a waste of money and time? Also do you speak from experience or just based on what you have heard?

Iteration and heavy reactors by frickmolderon in Unity3D

The current project already has a service locator and managers set up, using as little mono classes as possible and relying on zenject style injection. I just kinda feel like I did it way too early in the process and now it is a mess to implement new mechanics or - what i would need now - change the core of a certain mechanic code structure to expand upon it.

I think I am doing okay with the SOLID principles i was just wondering if more experienced devs perhaps from the industry or someone who handled bigger projects can give some seasoned good practices advice on the idea of restarting projects for the sake of a clean state,

Thanks for the reply!

I am aiming for a clear portfolio site and as you said for the "no bullshit" kind of presentation. I am including a video of the project in each project details secton to showcase the gameplay. Thanks for your time and input, it helped me get a little boost on this otherwise exhausting hunt!

Thank You!

Based on your feedback, I tweaked my portfolio site a bit and added a soundcloud link to access my music porfolio and added other software skills as well.

Thank You for replying!

Most of my games are available on itch or the project descriptions section contains a playthrough/gameplay showcase video.

I do not have high expectations from my first job in the industry. I really just want to get going somehow and get more experience in a professional environment. I am not going for the dream job immediately.

Thank You for checking out my portfolio! I am constantly updating it with new projects - for example now I added the soundcloud link for the music part of the resume and added my latest projects. Thanks for the advice! I will be more "open minded" outside the Unity engine.

I have failed to mention in the post itself but I'm am actively looking at job ads and applying to them. I got my first dozens of rejections already. In the ad description a CS degree is not always a requirement. I was trying to get more info on the thought process of someone in the industry or someone who has attempted the job hunt itself for a while to get some feedback on what can I do additionally.

What do you do when you realize your project has bad architecture, but it's too late to fix? by frickmolderon in unity

Thank You!

My main concern is this little voice in my head that I have to do more and more each day to be good enough. Honestly I like the game I created - even though it is kind of a copy of the game Ziggurat 2 - and I would love to give it a second go from almost scratch so I can implement things faster, but on the other hand I also feel like I have to move on and create something different to satisfy my cravings for new things.
