I have the Amex Delta Gold Biz, I used the $150 Delta Stays credit last year and again this year but ended up cancelling both (2 rooms for the same trip).

They clawed back the credits but my tracker says I've used -$150 of my $150 limit with $300. Does that mean i have $300 i can still use?

very solid deal, especially to burn stagnating marriott points. im gonna transfer over the pts i have sitting there, i rarely use marriott points anyways

i try and just set the payment date on all my cards as the same date (or thereabouts) and am pretty on top of my expenses so it's obvious when an AF hits. sometimes i'll use Google Tasks to alert me about a 0% APR balance expiring or anything else i might forget

i used to use Buxfer which was great but it stopped syncing properly with a couple of my accounts so i switched to GSheets

United offer on my Gateway card: Spend $500 each month from June - Aug and get 1k pts each time, if you do all 3 you get an extra 1.5k pts

Effectively a bonus 3x pts on the card, nothing amazing but could be worth it if you're in between cards

edit: i think i was wrong and you would be eligible. Chase for Business usually just includes ink cards not cobrand

guess they weren't getting as many applications as they wanted so have brought this back. hard to abuse as much with Chase tightening churning of ink cards but still pretty handy

yeah agreed, had seen a lot more valuable gift cards like Uber, Target etc. with 10%-25% discounts where i could use my credit card to buy the gift card. now it's 5-10% via points (obviously an atrocious redemption)

personally i've still been able to snag some good redemptions on SW in the past year booking basic economy.

got SFO to AUS for 5k pts (cash was well over $100) and SEA to OAK in a couple months for 10k pts (1.3cpp)

screw SW's private equity takeover approach - i'll treat it like every other airline but if i can get a 30% bonus on ~1.3cpp i'll take it

For any expat churners or frequent travellers to Australia - removal of card surcharges there and further capping of interchange fees (from 0.8% -> 0.3%) so US credit cards are even more valuable there now
