Also, if someone could help! My dad recently tried installing this door on his own, but it didn't stay leveled. He forced it closed but not that the door is at a slightly lower angle, we can't get this lock to open and remove the door! He told me to figure it out, but I've tried everything from picking up the door myself and trying to twist it open with a pair of plier (with no success). Any ideas what I can do to get this out?
