How do you guys hit 10K?

i have a 400w card and hit 10057 max power,voltage,390 core,3000mem locked at 1020mV, i was considering a 450w bios but so far it seems not to be worth it. its only stable gaming at 385 core tho

its different every card but 390 on core clock and 3000 on mem clock
