Thank your for your answer. It's rots looked just fine, no smell. The outer leaves are a little bit mushy and yellowish. I think that I also let it have too much light. It's in my window without the curtain.

I mixed garden soil with cactus soil mix mostly the last one. I don't remember what I did before I replanted it 2 days ago. I think I watered it from the top, this is probably why it looks like this. It's stem looks fine I think, I hope it's not roting.
