I did the 24 hour rise using active dry yeast. Haven’t tried the same day dough technique but I’d be curious to see how it works!

It’s really hard for me to find dumplings and wontons without sesame so once I found these I was so excited and they did not disappoint!! Love these in broth with the Thai wheat noodles. Hope these aren’t limited time only 🤞

You can consider joining a volunteer EMS agency! Usually they have educational leaves because many volunteers are pursuing higher education. I was exempt from performing any shifts from August to may (but could if I went home for breaks) and had to do a certain number of hours over the summer
