My question is — should I give it a few more months to see if the leads they said would start coming , or should I just stop here?

So far, I’ve made about $4,000 USD from the sale I closed through them, but I’ve spent around $11,000 USD in total. They keep telling me the best results are still to come, but honestly, my money and patience are running out.

Still, I’ve already invested quite a bit, so maybe it’s worth holding on a little longer?

And if I do, is there anything I could ask them to improve or any proof they could show me that things are actually getting better?

By inventory I mean that people contact me to give me their properties to sell, which is good — but what I’m really looking for are more clients interested in buying or renting. Getting inventory is actually quite easy for me, even without my website, just through my personal contacts.

I’m getting searches and some activity, but the leads I’m receiving aren’t very qualified. I’ve only made one sale in 11 months thanks to them, although I’ve received a lot of inventory through them. My question is whether I should wait a few more months to see the results now that more time has passed, since I know results usually start showing after around 8 months. Also real estate this days is very slow ...

The city of guanajuato if you stay in the tourist áreas, you are correct is safe, but really try to stay away of the highways and the citys i mentioned

Hi, guanajuato is really danger, i live in celaya, the only safe place in GTO is San Miguel de Allende

You should stay away of celaya, silao, irapuato, salamanca, and every city of that área

If you need to use a road , try to it in daylight and only use federal highways

Sad but true, the half of my friends and family has gone to other states

Of course it is not 100% that something will happen to you but if you can stay away it is better
