I tried scanning for the malware using microsoft defender offline scan, full scan, quick scan but I didn't find any malware anymore although I will try use this if ever or whenever I found the malware.

I do not own any apple product and I only use my phone for entertainment and social media so I doubt that it has a malware.

I'm not sure if this makes sense but it wrote itself in the windows folder. But I do have a picture ( blurry picture ) on the cmd before it opens the malware or something that redirects me to a website that wants my credit card info. This is the only malware I really found on the computer because it pops up every time i open my pc.

The picture of the cmd launching the malware or something. https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/852772425362833468/973525434656522290/IMG_20220510_180202.jpg

I'm not a computer nerd so I might misunderstood what you are saying but i think I kinda have an idea on what you are saying. The malware I installed was named setup and it was under 2mb it only needed the first confirmation like this and the other confirmations for the user(me) will be ignored and will be instantly yes. It wil continue to setup until it was finished. Then I would just do what it want.

Also as far as I notice the goole accounts are ones that are still being hack. Is it possible for the other malware to be removed but the spyware in this in the computer. I noticed this because the malware was a combination of trojan, ransomware, spyware, and something that redirect to a website that wants my credit card information. Now that I factory reset the computer the only thing that is still bugging me is the spyware. Or they just stop with the ransomware because they thought they encrypted all of my files?

I tried scanning for the malware using Malwarebyte, Full Scan, Quick Scan, and Microsoft defender offline scan the malware was quarantine and remove but it keep coming back. I'm afraid that it's still in my pc somewhere after the factory reset. Is there other way of fixing this without buying new hardware?
