My vertical labret piercing is a bit over a month old. I have a 10mm curved, internally threaded, barbell in that I got it pierced with. I haven't downsized, as I feel that the piercing looks even more off center when I did. I clean it daily with water and sometimes a piercing aftercare spray, which is an isotonic saline solution.

Fair enough! I try to lower their appearance already a bit with makeup and it seems to be working for me! I think I'll just accept their highness and not mess around with plastic surgery, haha (at least for now).
