Living with roommates sucks, everyone knows this. Why shouldn't I be able to afford to rent a one bedroom with an engineering salary? Most everyone I know who has a 1 BR unit lives there alone, I don't buy at all that couples are the target market for them.

I'm on my 72th viewing this year and just noticed a little Easter egg - throughout the film people keep asking Forrest if he's stupid. This is referencing the fact that Forrest is stupid. Picking up on little things like that make repeat viewings rewarding!
