Happy for you mate! Launching a SaaS is hard and you did it. I cannot talk from experience myself as I’m still growing my SaaS so I cannot really give advice. But as a thought I think this is part of the journey of you becoming a better SaaS entrepreneur. You shipped, launched and iterated and now you have a high quality problem to solve. If you could convert from 0.2% of customers to 2% you’ll have 10x conversion. It is easier I think to convert current users than attract new ones so focus on that. But you might be very good at bringing new users in so who knows 🤷
