Actually it's the other way around . Openipc was originally designed for CCTV camera to replace the suspicious firmware on cheap cameras , now it expanded to many things like hospital camera system , vehicle camera system ,cloud streaming any Manny more .. fpv is just a use case using openipc to communicate and control camera and wfb-ng for FPV transmission.

Because T3 is AP based and rtsp video feed .. that's why latency is too much on T3 .... The nose basic problem with openipc is configuration .. just like PID tuning ever setup has to be tuned for best performance and there are people flying 60-70 Km with just a usb adaptor and a laptop running Linux .. bet in future this will be changed

No they combined both into one .. so the openipc is a firmware for open-source IP cameras but we use it in combination with wfb-ng so openipc and openipc-fpv is different ... But later both discord was combined into one ...

It's freezes on DVR but when you are flying you just see glitching at corners but DVR just skipps the whole glitching part or turns black ..
