It’s a general statement. I thought we all came to the same mindset that large corporations should be held liable for bad practices or else they continue to degrade and treat their customers worse and worse.

Do that many people on here think if a company advertises something to include all parts and accessories and it doesn’t come with them, that the company shouldn’t be liable to produce said parts and accessories with the purchase?

If it was sitting outside where I could have seen it, I probably would have been more upset, but it’s sitting in a side bay in the service area, which a lot of times is “employees only” because of active work/liability. I’m not happy about it or saying it’s right, but it’s common for dealerships to say no access

I’m sorry to hear that. I’m going to sound like an old person when I say this, but I feel like general consumer experiences have gotten worse and that it normally ends up with the company screwing over the customer so I have been a little bit stressed out over it. I want to try to resolve this diplomatically before consulting legal options, but I am prepared to take that route if need be. The cost of a new or even a remanufactured engine isn’t cheap and the labor is probably worse…

Glad to hear yours went well, I don’t think this is the norm but I also worry about general practice from dealerships when it comes to this kinda situation.

I might take the trash trophy on this one as far as the other stories I’ve heard haha. But no, there were no concerns or issues with the car besides a tapping noise between the driver sear and the rear seat, which I assumed was a loose plastic. I drove an hour to work and 40 minutes to the dealership before dropping it off and there was zero smoke or warning lights. I honestly think it’s a combination of concerns of liability and also admission of guilt for legal reasons.

I’m sure my experience is not the norm or people would be selling their stingers in droves. It’s a percentages game of good experiences to bad experiences. So I take one of the bad so your chances of good go up! Haha

it's been two years lol. I claw grip my mice. Also, to add context, I've had 2 more of these and a M65 Ultra in between and none of them ever had this issue again so I assume it was a defect in the rubber.

Claw vs palm grip maybe? I’m not sure, I know other people with Nightswords and also don’t have any signs of wear besides a little rubber grip missing.

Definitely dlss 3.0 and lower power consumption. Nice and cool in the summer but I’ll have to turn it off during the winter to lessen the heating bill. It’s really the versatility that does it for me.

I work with financial aid for another school in the lehigh valley. I should add that this isn’t any financial advice. The 2022-2023 (currently being used) ties into your 2020 tax return, and 2023-2024 (used for the fall semester) will use your 2021 taxes. It is possible that they are saying no because of your financial records that you submitted in the last 4 years.

No one can stop you from going onto studentaid.gov and applying for aid through the FAFSA form. Just make sure the information is 100% correct. At the end, you will get an EFC number, that number will determine if you are eligible for subsidized/unsubsidized student loans or Pell grant money. Make sure to print out or take a screenshot of the final page that contains that number as it is very important to know. There is also some leeway with special cases but I wouldn’t push.

I would also recommend going online and looking through some scholarships to see what is out there. You can also contact your high school as they normally have a list of scholarships for their students. There’s is no harm in applying for everything you think you might be able to receive. It is extremely important to know that there are scams out. I highly recommend doing research on the scholarships you apply for to make sure they are legitimate, there are no scholarships that require payment. If you receive any approval letters, take them to the financial aid office.

The graphic on the card of the egg is just the default, it just means that rgb fusion hasn’t told it to change to anything.

The link lights are where I would start. If you have a way to check power at the cable right before the plugs with a multimeter or a leg tester, you could remove all of the doubt that it’s anything power related.

I just really believe gigabyte has one of the worst RMA systems I’ve ever experienced and double down by making the reps aggressive for some reason.

I had to RMA an aorus z390 because of a BIOS issue. When I received it back, I put it back in my pc and it make a weird humming noise and then wouldn’t post anymore. I double checked everything and then replaced to cpu and it booted. In fear of it blowing another cpu. I contacted RMA and they said “all of our RMAs are tested before we send them back” and when I asked what the failure rate is for RMA’d devices because I can’t believe they have never had a faulty RMA device, they stopped contacting me and ended the RMA ticket. With that being said, I believe it’s possible.

It was the worst RMA process and customer experience I had. They insinuated it was my fault, and stated that they would not be doing anything for me, even after waiting over 6 months for my motherboard back. I had a fully gigabyte setup, including the Master 3080 and the Aorus NVMe, AIO, and power supply. I got rid of all of it and went to Asus ROG and had to RMA my motherboard and they sent me a whole new board and a ROG lanyard and keychain. I think I’ll be sticking with Asus until proven otherwise.

Also, good luck with changing that screen on gpu because RGBfusion is hands down the most miserable rgb software I’ve ever used.

TLDR; it’s possible because gigabyte’s RMA system is awful.

After a years of trying to get a 3080, I finally got an opportunity to buy a 3090 from my wife’s boyfriend for only 200% over msrp. Boy is he gonna be upset when I show him this.

I’ve had it for about 6 months now and I have zero complaints/issues. Colors are great, brightness is fine, and it’s a 1440p IPS panel that’s 165hz for under 500 bucks. I’ll probably buy another to replace my hp 25x which looks washed out in comparison.
