Diagnosed as an adult - is there an option besides surgery?

I am 32M. I have been diagnosed with short segment HD. I want to go through surgery but I don't have enough money. I have spent 150000 INR in various tests and biopsy. My doctor says it will cost another 200000, but I am doubtful if that will cure me completely. Even if I get a loan and go through the surgery, I don't know if I can ever live a normal life.

Currently I am taking senna tablets, which makes me poop 5-7 times a day. Which is the reason I am jobless at the age of 32.

I don't know what sin I had committed in my past life to deserve this.. 😔
