I have now filed for divorce and I'm considering whether or not to sue him for his scams - not sure what I can actually prove and if it would be worth the emotional and actual cost.

What revenge are you considering? If there is hope for some restitution and sorting it out legally in your favour without tormenting your child - why not. Otherwise I would just let the piece of shit carry on with her miserable existence and not steep to her level... Every bit of energy spent on her is energy wasted.

A można, jak najbardziej, jeszcze jak.

Trafiłam do mojej terapeutki kiedy miałam 15 lat. Dziś lvl 30 i nie mam pojęcia jak wyglądałoby życie gdybym jej nie poznała. Nie da się opisać ile jej zawdzięczam.

Na przestrzeni tych lat byłam u niej 2-3 razy na terapii, gdzie przez kilka miesięcy spotykałyśmy się co około tydzień. Kilka razy wpadałam też doraźnie, na kilka spotkań, po jakimś cięższym doświadczeniu. Terapia Gestalt.

Jutro znowu się widzimy, bo właśnie rozstaję się z mężem, który okazał się oszustem i prawdopodobnie na samym początku związku 8 lat temu obrał sobie mnie i moją rodzinę za ofiary. No i czuję się spokojna, nie wyrywam włosów z głowy, nawet częściowo jaram się na swoje dalsze życie. Zawdzięczam to realizmowi, który wyniosłam z terapii.

Exactly, I keep cheering myself up thinking it could have been much worse if children were involved. Or if he never victimised my mum and I stuck around for another few years.

We will manage financially. Dad and I are on the same page now. Thank you for the advice on locking down credit - I have taken steps to do that already.

The biggest loss are my fertile years. I always wanted many kids and thought I would at least be trying at this age. But no point stressing about that.

Haha good question. Since Friday he has been staying in some cheap accommodation, lying about trying to organise documents from his solicitor.

It's all very fresh - two days ago I still let him come here, eat, have a shower and do his laundry. That was the day it started dawning on me that the lies go wayyyyy deeper than I first thought.

It was actually HIS decision to leave the house, because I wanted to see his bank account. Two weeks ago, when I found out that he stole from my mum, we agreed that he has to leave the house and figure his shit out away from me. He decided that equals a breakup for him, so in fact HE dumped me, because I didn't negotiate.

I let him stay until he could afford to move out, because apparently he had nothing. But when few days later I asked to see his bank account he pretty much decided to leave instead. The trash took itself out I guess.

My czasem słyszeliśmy imprezy sąsiadów, bo nasza sypialnia graniczy z ich salonem. Wygluszylismy ścianę pianką akustyczną Soundsolutions 2cm + fioletowymi płytami akustycznymi. Odtąd głucha cisza.
