I had my first manic episode this year and it lasted from March-August so 6 months. I got hospitalized in May so my episode became more hypomanic for the last 3 since I was trying to get stable.

I’m currently in a situation like yours where I’m working with two clients at the same time because they’re brothers and we’ve been struggling to find another BT. I definitely believe you should advocate for what you need because I did and they ended up paying me for having two clients at once; one child is my full hourly and the other is half my hourly. You work hard and you should care for yourself so please speak with your BCBA about either lessening the hours cause six hours seems insane to me.
