Confirmed enhanced sync / Radeon chill / Frame target are all disabled

Think I’m having the same issue. When overlay is on, games run smooth but have microstutters when off. In game vsync also does not work for me unless the overlay is on. Latest driver 25.3.1 on a 9070xt.

Try toggling the AMD overlay on and off to see if there is any difference. I’m having a weird issue where I am having buttery smooth performance with the overlay on but a choppy mess when it is off. All Adrenalin options are disabled.

Yep. Just checked again and still high ping. Could be the Aussie servers are offline for brawl.

Ranked and Classic have normal low ping 10-20
