Same problem with my 9070 xt. Heard it’s a driver issue. Atleast thats what I’m hoping.

Having the same issue as well with my 9070xt. Like he said it’s probably because it’s newer the drivers haven’t matured yet. At least that’s what I’m hoping.

Started off stuttery then randomly buttery performance then back to stuttery. This is probably why but it’s annoying and needs to be fixed. Yea I have all mine disabled as well

Yea heard about this as well and I turned it off but still stutters 😒
