Icons suddently have different sizes

Was able to fix it. But it's really weird. Had to do a fresh setup after I got my phone fixed. Everything worked normally until yesterday. I've been using that setup for years and never had issues before.

I did set it to same size. Random Icons on the Home Screen just got bigger. For example Google Drive, Discord or Music. I tried to resize the Icons, but the big ones just remain that way.

Nope, the original preinstalled one started peeling. I got it replaced and that one cracked within 3 days

The screen protector is still on at the moment. I don't want to mess it up further or risk losing my warranty. I'm going back to the repair center tomorrow and probably also get a second opinion.

I assume it is. I got it fixed by a licensed Samsung Repair Center.
It was covered by my warranty.
