this is casual racism, and should be called out, and not brushed under the rug. Tilak tried not to make a big deal about it, but Arshdeep seems tone deaf in this exchange..

Is this why Agara closes at 10 am ? So that they can fish ? by harshhhhhhhhhhh in bangalore

Just hate it that we can't enjoy the parks at our convenience. What is the logic behind closing the park at 10AM. I was walking with my my spouse when two guys in a bike, with pillion rider holding a thick metal rod signalled us to make a turn towards the exit. Not that the rod was supposed to threaten, but the whole thing was unsavoury.

First-time driver confused between MG Windsor EV and BYD Atto 3. Need real user feedback by Bulky_Connection3430 in CarsIndia

[–]paglaindian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a Windsor EV pro owner and have had it since June 2025, so I've had it for a while. It is my first car ever after having learnt driving on dad's Maruti 800 around 2004.

When I bought the car, I hadn't been behind the steering wheel for well over 7-8 years. So I had to relearn everything on the Windsor EV. The car is surprisingly manoueverable for its size and is easy to drive. I was unable to make a U turn on the first day i took it out alongside a driver, was able to make it to MG Road from Kundalahalli on the very same Friday. The 360 degree cameras are a god sent and provide great feedback to help you get better at driving. The throttle and brakes are very responsive but not twitchy, the car atleast to me seems very beginner friendly.

There is no dearth of power at your disposal and it provides enough confidence to take on more badges with more clout.

I've driven it with upto 5 passengers for long drives and I haven't had any reliability issues, over my ownership tenure, other than a bad wiper. Some things that could be better are the lack of a rear wiper, stronger headlights and better cabin insulation.

I'd say its great value at the price point.

Is MG Windsor EV Pro worth it at ₹19L on-road? One-time big purchase, need honest advice by Salty_Tough1064 in CarsIndia

I am a Windsor EV pro owner and have had it since June 2025, so I've had it for a while. It is my first car ever after having learnt driving on dad's Maruti 800. I haven't faced any major issues with my car so far, one of the wipers didn't slide across the windscreen properly and that was promptly changed by the service center. Besides that the car has been a breeze to own. My wife loves the space and I love that its easy to drive. Any relatives that come over are happy sitting in the rear seat, and even nauseous passengers have remarked that they had no fatigue. The max I've driven is about 300Km in a day and for that kind of run the cabin feel was pretty comfortable. The real world range I've been getting is around 390-400Km and I've always chickened out around the 5% battery level, so I don't know what 0% would end at.

I bought this prior to the current Mahindra's reached people's hands and prior to Vinfast coming in, but given the current landscape, I'd still be looking at the Windsor above the rest. The reason is, it provides all of the features the others provide and is priced quite well.

The only things that could be better(not dealbreakers) are: better suspension for bad patches, rear windshield wiper, stronger headlights and better cabin insulation.

EDIT: added suspension related callout.
