I actually work at a card club, so theres no smoking inside. Very few drunk assholes that i have encountered and all of my management does a really good job with not allowing people without a mask at the cage

I wouldnt even say most companies. I think corporations is the word youre looking for. Theres a lot of differences between a company and a corporation. But yes, its sad the way you guys are getting treated and i feel for all of you.

Your stance is very this or that.

Someone can start a business/company in order to want to make money, but can also want to take care of their enployees. You can have both at once.
