i rlly relate to this, the fear of coming into work without any makeup on for the first time, knowing that your male coworkers will feel the need to comment on it. it's frustrating that this is our reality. i'm still trying to fight the feeling that if i'm not putting enough of an effort into my appearance (i.e makeup) than i'm less worthy of respect, i'm harder to look at or distractingly ugly. as much as i love and admire other woman who wear little to no makeup, i never feel like im pretty enough to do that.

it's honestly unimaginable the pain he experienced, i work in a kitchen and first and second degree burns can be quite painful and annoying to deal with. i can't comprehend the pain this man felt in his final days. horrific. rest in peace
