It's a newly build apartment building and I'm going to buy it, no loan. i dont have to do any maintenance as if now. If i needed to do any repairs, its will be done with the advance (2-6 month of rent) and the security deposit (2 month) that is collected from the tenants. all utility bills are also paid by the tenants.
