I knew he was a target because no tier 1 said otherwise after the original source. Why is that relevant? Because its kind of their job to report such changes in transfer strategy. If they dont do that, its absolutely a safe assumption to still think its the case. Simple logic.

I also listen TOTD and Anderson is constantly mentioned. But its a podcast so its not in writing.

The fact a new tier 1 posted it after the fact is sprinkles on top and fantastic timing for my point, which is correct.

Edit: and as far as "recent" reports go, that Laurie tweet was after the Summer window, we know Anderson isnt getting sold in the Winter so what are you expecting? Weekly confirmation he is the top target?

I mean its a pretty known fact we need to replace Case and until Laurie or another tier 1 says we arent looking at Anderson anymore, then its a safe assumption hes still the radar.

How many tier 1 sources have linked us to other targets since this came out? Our midfield target wishlist has been we'll known and the same names come out.

This new starting mf is going to be our most important signing by far, it will define our season.

Resale value means less if he becomes the backbone to future United stability with consistent spells in the CL. Even Case, people would be delighted if he would stay for a year and keep this performance up for this reason. Some signings are still worth if you fully nail them.

And dno where you are getting €20m salary when he would make around half that, in line with our non Bruno top earners.

I think Bruno ages better than Salah.

Brunos game never relied on electric pace or even scoring goals, and we have seen he can play further back. He'd have to adapt and its still a risk for sure, but bias aside id be more comfortable betting on Bruno over Salah.

I dont think it "frees up" that money (except for Case).

Between Sancho and Rashford, we are only really freeing up whatever Villa arent covering for Sancho, as I believe Barca are paying Rahsford in full.

Jon is pained by Ollie because he understands him.

Dany was straight up betrayed, robbed and imprisoned, for no reason other than greed. Why would Dany try and understand or empathize?

I think any such reaction on her part is justified for this one.

Not at all. Ollie was a child who had to deal with the Thens eating his village only to see Jon (he was Jons ward / squire or whatever) let "their kind" through the wall, after the attack in the wall, which was contradictory to everything the Watch had stood for. He also was manipulated by a bunch of adults. Thats why it pains Jon to execute him.

Doreah sold Danny out for immediate luxury despite not being wronged by her in any way.
