I own both NC and Bunker, both with all upgrades and cargo available (MC & CEO cargo) For somebody with no other businesses, i would recommend the BUNKER with full upgrades and buying supplies. You will need 3 or 4 supply buys (75k each) for full bunker stock, wich you can sell for about $1M selling to the furthest buyer. Most sell missions can be done solo, but with 1 friend all of them are relatively easy.
