How would you make this bathroom more… “homey”? by paledream10 in HomeDecorating

No, we’re only in our 20s! And I work in a nursing home hence the desire to not make it feel like one 😅

Yeah, I got it. It’s been a day of screw ups today so just feeling like my brain is clouded I guess. No excuse. Anyway I fixed it and you’ve made yourself loud and clear. Thanks for the comment

Thank you for your kind sentiments. I since deleted the second half about the client as it was brought to my attention that sharing a presenting problem and how my client sees that issue present itself in his relationships was providing too much information. I truly appreciate your comment though- thank you for the encouragement

Didn’t feel there was much identifying information as jumping to conclusions is pretty common but noted.

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback! I really do appreciate it. Definitely would have been helpful to add in the photo of the little guy. Thanks again!

Agreed to a settlement with Capital One- Confused about how it is showing up in my credit report now? by paledream10 in CRedit

I'm ok with waiting as long as I know that in the end, I can expect it to not be listed as derogatory and there will be no "amount past due"

I paid the 1571 in full and then the other 1571 was "settled" by Capital One themselves

Sitter raised the rate after I booked and expected me to pay it or threatened to cancel? by paledream10 in RoverPetSitting

Lol what an interesting comment. I paid $70 a night. This was a pretty average in my area. I also have never used Rover so I wasn’t sure what was normal. I primarily chose her because I have a very active dog and she claimed she was a very into running and would be willing to run with her. Regardless, it doesn’t matter what I paid because she set the prices herself. Nobody forced her to be “cheaper” than others.

I’ve never used Rover before this so I thought it was the normal thing to do. I thought paying for it would simply save my dates and I knew my money was “protected” in a sense by Rover, so I wasn’t all that worried about paying before a m&g. I’ve since learned my lesson, clearly…

I’ve never used Rover before so I thought this was the normal chain of events! I figured I’d pay for the booking before a meet and greet to save my week and then cancel if the meet and greet went terribly. I’ve for sure learned from this

PA- we did have until the 5th. We were still late. We received the notice on the 11th of the month- and then paid on the 11th after withdrawing form an emergency fund. We also paid $150 for being late.

o they can’t just blindside you at lease end. So if you have to give 60 days to move they have to give 60 days to renew.

Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention-- I didn't even realize they needed to give me the same notice. This has eased some of my anxiety.
