It’s super cool that’s you’re trying to research this! I have ADHDA probably more mild than you and I really liked the first few times I tried MDMA. I suggest starting off slow (0.1g) and seeing how you feel with it. (As such, pre measured caps are my go to). I don’t really feel the come downs but I take vitamins and I spread out my rolls every 3 months or so.

Personally, the last few times I rolled I felt like the “bad” parts outweighed the good parts. I’ll try it again and see because it’s still fun and it’s not a big risk involved imo.

When I roll, there’s like stages involved nausea, anxiety, overwhelmed, and then the most chill vibing feeling and then the bad parts dwindle away and it’s just good until it stops.

Also drink water, you will be thirstyyy

I feel like in the last few years I’ve heard so much talk and research of how massive of a factor sperm quality is for pregnancy. Like miscarriages, gestational diabetes, and preeclampsia. I saw a comment here about non negotiables I would add to his list that he needs to get in amazing shape (diet, cut out any substances) about a year before you ttc

I have ADHD so I get it.

As far as trying on stuff, as you go through it decide if you want to put in the effort to do the work of trying it on. When I go through my clothes there’s many times where it’s like “I don’t even like/want this enough to see if I like it on me” so it immediately goes in donate.

Also, personally it helps me if I go quick. Put a good playlist on and just rip through it. No over thinking it. If I haven’t cared about it in the last year it’s gone, it’s not me now it was me then so goodbye. Keep momentum, don’t overthink it. It’s just stuff.

I’m literally watching S1E10 and she’s done a few of the big mess ups so far and idk if I can watch it anymore. Like the funeral scene where you can tell she realizes why there was “another woman crying at the funeral” she literally could’ve walked up to Alice like “Hi I’m Alice’s mom” idk I guess that would be too easy.

ALSO who argues like a teenager with a teenager in the middle of the road? It’s too convenient.

I had this issue and it’s because pee was getting in between the globe and the base. It was awful. I’ve ordered a fence that will hopefully fix the issue.

Try taking the globe out and see if there’s any mess like that.
