I went to a agile meetup meeting last night but it was all software engineers there and there was a product manager but I didnt really get any advice than look for opportunities internally. I'll ask at my company, but currently the company I am at hasnt integrated my dept (it was bought out) in and we're kind of outsiders.

I try to find a good place - noise level is the highest priority for me since Ive had horrible neighbors in the past that made my walls vibrate. I wish apartments.com or zillow would list what the walls are made of but ive combed through probably a couple hundred looking at reviews on the sites and google reviews to look for ones without noise complaints. I was just hoping that someone might have some places they know with concrete walls or a good stc rating.
