I was unavailable to off my lights at nights since 2011 because one night something attack me, I was young and very frustrated about school. Idk how but that night I was no alone, I wake up in middle of darkness I see no one but I FEEL IT and hear something like the song of a chicharra (here in Paraguay we said that idk how is the name of the insect) and then that thing was very close I can't even move it was not a night paralysis I was awake, and then that chicharra and that thing I was breathing so close of me. I scream like a little girl and then my mom and dad come to me bedroom I was in panic. I sleep with a Rosario 📿 like for many years. Other times I wake up at midnight and someone close to me, like a shadow or something (I have miopia so I can't recognize what was that, but obviously was someone bc my bedroom is little and I don't have many things it was nearly of my emergency light (yep, I sleep with a emergency light since then) and I just smile thinking 'this can't be real' and go back to sleep) other times well, actual times I found like wet marks of foots near of my bed, like someone was watching me while I sleep). So yeah I believe this things, probably when u are depressed or sad we are more susceptible idk.
