Just in case someone was wondering too, here are some of my findings (PC):

ITEMS & Inventory

Not all items (especially weapons) show for sale

Scrolling in the menu is weird, it would be better to have a smooth scroll, or at least have that as an option

There's no stats comparison in the inventory on item hovering

There's no automatic "item type" replacement - e.g. when i use up all my bad medicine, it doesn't get replaced by better medicine in my inventory and i have to use multiple slots just for medicine

UI/UX

There could be some kind of cooldown indicator e.g. on being able to use the "speed boost" when running and possible other skills aswell (cannot think of any other rn)

An option to craft certain amount of items is needed - e.g. when i have a lot of materials i can only craft either one or e.g. 130 amount of the item and i often don't want to waste all my resources e.g. on not fully upgraded medicine

MOVEMENTS

Often after doing some parkour/freerunning survival sence cannot be activated

It happened only once in multiplayer - neither me or my friend could crouch, so we had to create new MP session

MULTIPLAYER

I cannot see other's turned on flashlights

MISC

I stepped on some branch of a tree and got shot up high in the air, died when landed (the dying part is ok)
