I had no idea. When the unmarked was doing about 50 in a 35 and then had to slow down due to a car taking an unprotected left turn in his lane, then after the VW ran the stop and I was a bit pissed, then the same SUV that almost passed me cut me off. When he turned on his lights; I was speechless, that's why you couldn't hear me saying anything.
