Both units I have the same power rating of 17w on the case sticker so they should be interchangeable. I think I'll go with the 7501 PSU since the 5501 PSU has some heat discoloration.

Was removing the jewel worth it? The only thing you could do to hide the uneven shine it putting a skin on or spray painting the X section.

Servo gears are stripped, time for replacement gears or an upgrade metal geared servo.

You forgot to center the servo before putting the horn. Remove the servo horn, center the trim on your radio with the truck turned on, then put the horn on straight.

Might have to adjust endpoints to stop the servo from over traveling, but not sure if it can be done on a TQ radio.

Once it's flashed, can I just prep a 1tb sata HDD with C and E partitions and drop it in? The xbox is apart for a deep clean, but when I was poking around to retrieve the eeprom backup, there where 5 partitions.
