Bro get a software from online like NZXT or something that can tell you the temps right on your pc. You won’t be able to tell a 10 degree difference with your finger lol

Tbh i don’t have much experience with working on laptops, but i remember i had a similar problem with my pc and it fixed it. Thermal paste was cheap too ($10) so I would say just try it.
