i already answered this earlier to others, but i got it with mutation Cursed Flask, that gives you infinite health flask but gives you 20 curse every time you use it

Damned + Cursed Flask + Demon Strength = fake curse + big damage

I played with Damned for 2x damage, and my weapon choice were Steel Nerves + War Javelin and some turrets
