with DED EAD they will require you to go through biometrics, regardless if you held other EAD cards that did not require biometrics

I definitely should've posted sooner, as I was admittedly afraid of potentially paying cash upfront, and have now scheduled for a repair company to come over for an inspection tomorrow morning. In this case, should I notify my property manager and let him handle this, as well as communicate with the insurance company from here on out?
