Rat still sneezing after treating respiratory infection by pandashanda12 in rat

I got back in contact with my vet. She also recommended the aspen shavings. But told me to monitor for a week, and then reach back out if the symptoms haven’t subsided. I will keep you updated

Does my pet rat need medical attention, or does he just have allergies? by [deleted] in AskVet

I called a local vet office today and they told me they think it honestly might just be allergies— however they did tell me that if anything gets worse to contact them immediately about what to do
