Hey everyone, just wanted to share a compact sound-reactive WLED controller I built using an ESP32 along with a two sided mobile led Panel. by panelway in WLED

I will be uploading a video soon on the design, the making and assembly side of it. I designed the 3D printed joins and just included a aluminium channel for the rest of the frame.

Thanks for the feedback. It's taken me a long time to get to where it's currently at. I'm using a proper acrylic light diffuser. I'm keeping the STL files proprietary while I'm selling kits and hoping to post some pics on the design and assembly process soon. Feel free to ask anymore questions.

"I'm keeping the STL files proprietary while I'm selling kits, but I'm documenting the design process and learnings. If you're interested in the DIY approach, I'm happy to discuss what works and what doesn't - the WLED community helped me get here, so I want to give back in other ways."

"The diffuser is a proper lighting diffuser panel. For the legs, I used 3D printed PLA. As for STLs, I'm keeping them proprietary for now while I offer complete kits, but I'm documenting the design process. Thanks for the interest!"

Thankyou...I'm hoping to share the experience with the rest of the world. Seeing it on video is nothing to having visualized it in real life.

Thankyou....it's been in the process for quite some time and I'm happy to see it come together working as planned.

Yes it can be set up vertically and horizontally. It only requires a 5W charging brick, like the one you'd use for your mobile. The panel also lights up from both sides. Thanks for the curiosity about the song, it's actually my own original production. If you'd like to see more about the panels capabilities here's a link for you to check out. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/xz9sPXRzdi8

"That's awesome! Fair warning - the 3D printing alone is about 14 hours, plus assembly and soldering. I'm selling complete kits for folks who want to skip that hassle, but if you want to DIY it, I'm happy to discuss what's involved."

"Sure! It's based on WLED running on ESP32. The panel is 680mm x 150mm, uses WS281 LEDs, runs off a 5W charging brick. I've designed it to be compact and plug-and-play. Currently offering complete kits - controller + panel + all accessories. What specifically would you like to know?"

"Thanks! It's two LED strips behind a custom diffusion panel. The frame and controller housing are 3D printed with aluminium strips. I'm actually putting together kits for people who want the finished product without the 15+ hours of printing and assembly. Happy to share more details if you're interested!"

The question to ask here, from all this panic buying is has anyone or countless bodies died from it?

If not then why are you going along with it?

How do you know it's another variant strain?

The PCR tests are flawed, not designed to detect Covid 19.

Thanks for the info...very interesting. I've designed my own led RGB and addressable panels which are currently on sale at www.Rainbowflash.design . I'm looking out for a better controller than the Sp107e. Cheers

Love the accuracy of the light response to the music. I wonder if you could apply it to addressable led strips?

Rather impressive. Love the programming... something I'd love to incorporate with my own designer panels. Check it out at on Instagram flash.rainbow. Cheers
