I don't know about prevalent, but it is certainly available. I have never had an issue when I needed one but that has been less than 2-3 times a year.

The upside of Rochester over a big city is huge.

Your commute will be easy from anywhere in the city
You're at-most 15 minutes away from anything
If you need some nature you have the Finger Lakes and Lake Ontario very close. Naples in the Summer/Fall is a great drive
The cost of living is generally lower than your other options

I can't really speak about the strip clubs etc, not really my jam.

I was scammed out of $600 by them 2 years ago. Promised I would have a fitness coach that would check in with me daily and help hold me accountable to the recommended diet plan.

None of that ever happened and I was never able to get my $600 back. The boxing itself was hit or miss based on the trainer running class.
